ADAC GT Masters Championship website

The ADAC GT Masters ( German National competition) and the FIA GT3 Championship ( European-wide venues) are the highly competitive battlegrounds for the world’s sportscar makers: Ferrari, Ford, Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Audi and Corvette. Racing at the most famous tracks in Europe, the cars and drivers are 'performance balanced' to achieve parity among brands and driver pairings. The result is close racing between the brands that must sell against each other in the showrooms of the world. APP Racing Engines, Weesp Holland and Callaway Competition gmbh, Leingarten Germany, develop, construct and sell the Callaway Corvette Z06.R GT3 to private race teams, and are the source of all the Corvettes in the series. Each race weekend has two, one hour races Saturday and Sunday with a mandatory driver change mid-race, and no refueling. The podium finishers automatically carry 'success ballast' to the next race.
