2010 GT1 testing this week
This week, Corvette Motorsports 2010 GT1 plans are at full speed. Select members from our 2009 GT1 teams will be testing this week at Misanos test track in Italy. The car testing will be SRTs C6R chassis nr6, which sees various components being put to the test in preparation for new engine and aero packages.
Corvette Motorsport is not the only one testing this week. Other GT1 teams including Aston Martins DBR9 (running by the French 'Hexis Racing' team) and the Maserati MC12 from Vitaphone Racing will also be on track analyzing 2010 configurations. Non GT1 cars will be testing this week in the form of Le Mans Prototypes of the Peugeot 908, the Audi R15 and possibly the American Acura LMP2.
